Everything You Need to Know.

Harbor Glow is outdoors, and we'd rather move your visit than have you walk the lights in the rain. So we may cancel or close a night for rain or other weather, or for safety reasons such as high winds, lightning or a power problem. If we do, your ticket becomes a Rain Check automatically.

Whether to open is our call. If we open or stay open, rain, cold or a closed display doesn't qualify for a Rain Check or refund, so please dress warmly.

We aim to decide by about 2:00 PM Pacific that day. We'll email and/or text the ticket purchaser and post updates on this website and our social channels.

Weather can change quickly, so we may occasionally cancel or close later in the day. Please keep your email and phone number up to date in your order.

It automatically becomes a Rain Check. You don't need to do anything.

• Use the ticket portal to reserve any remaining night this season.
• Nights at the same or a lower price are free. For a higher-priced night, you pay only the difference.
• The usual date-change cut-off doesn't apply to Rain Checks.
• A parking pass bought with your ticket moves with it.
• Rain Checks expire at the end of this season (January 3, 2027) and have no cash value.

If the night you rebook is also cancelled, you'll get a new Rain Check.

If we close within 60 minutes after the start of your entry window, your ticket becomes a Rain Check. If we close later than that, your visit counts as used.

Where the ticket portal offers it, date and time changes are free, subject to availability. Use the portal link in your confirmation email.

• Changes can't be made within 48 hours of your original entry time.
• Moving to a higher-priced night: pay the difference. Moving to a lower-priced night: no refund of the difference.
• Tickets are valid only for this season at Harbor Glow, West Harbor.

Missed entry times can't be changed or refunded afterward.

Each ticket has a 30-minute entry window. Arrive up to 15 minutes before it starts. We admit guests up to 30 minutes after the window opens. After that, we'll try to fit you into a later window, but we can't guarantee it.

Leave extra time to park and walk over, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Most guests spend 40 to 60 minutes. There's no time limit, so stay until closing if you like. Leaving the event ends your visit; there's no re-entry.

Yes. Strollers, wagons, wheelchairs and mobility devices are all welcome. Some surfaces are uneven or may be wet, so please take care.

If you need an accommodation, email info@harborglownights.com at least 48 hours before your visit and we'll help you plan.

The event includes flashing lights, fog effects and dark areas. Guests with light sensitivity or photosensitive conditions should keep this in mind.

Outside food isn't allowed, except baby food and items needed for medical or dietary reasons. Alcohol isn't permitted.

An optional, self-driven motorized dinosaur ride. It's not included in admission. Buy ride tokens at the Dino Token Booth, or add them to your ticket order.

• Riders must be at least 3 years old and no more than 200 lbs.
• One rider per dino, no passengers.
• Children must be supervised by their adult while riding.
• Tokens are non-refundable and valid any night this season.

Email info@harborglownights.com with a description and the night you visited, and we'll check lost and found.

We recommend Harbor Glow Premium Parking, our dedicated lot right at the entrance. Your space is guaranteed for your date, and you can add a pass when you buy tickets. See the parking map section above.

If you'd rather not reserve, West Harbor's public lot is a longer walk away. It's first come, first served and paid on site at West Harbor's rates.

Add a Premium Parking pass to your ticket order. The price is shown before checkout. Spaces are limited, so book early.

Your pass is valid for the date shown. If your ticket becomes a Rain Check or you change your date, the pass moves with it.

Book with your tickets to be sure of a space. Premium spaces are limited and can sell out, especially on Friday and Saturday nights and holiday weeks.

Parking lots follow West Harbor's rules. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk, and improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.

Only service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed, and they must stay under their handler's control. Pets and emotional support, comfort or therapy animals aren't permitted.

Bags up to 16 × 16 × 8 inches, about the size of a standard backpack. Diaper bags and medical bags are welcome. No coolers, suitcases or large luggage. Bags may be searched at entry.

There's no smoking or vaping anywhere at the event.

Yes! Photos and video on phones and handheld cameras are welcome for personal use. Tripods, monopods and light stands aren't allowed during public hours.

Hired photographers, paid sessions (family, maternity, engagement), content shoots and drones need our written permission in advance. Email info@harborglownights.com.

We'd love that. If you're planning props, décor or any setup, email info@harborglownights.com ahead of time for approval.

Evenings on the waterfront get chilly. Bring warm layers and wear comfortable shoes for walking.
